Hi, I’m Tiff — the owner behind BeautyCalls. I specialise in brows and lashes, focusing on enhancing natural beauty while creating results that still feel soft, flattering and personalised to every client.

In just over a year of being in the beauty industry, I’ve built my business through social media, consistency and client retention, working with clients across Manchester and Whitchurch. My treatments include Korean lash lifts, lash extensions, brow laminations, hybrid stains and custom brow shaping — always tailored to suit each individual client rather than a “one style fits all” approach.

What started as a passion quickly turned into something so much bigger. Alongside treatments, I’ve spent the last year learning everything I can about growing within the beauty industry, from content creation and branding to attracting clients and building a loyal customer base from scratch.

I created this eBook to share the things I wish I knew when I first started. No gatekeeping and no unrealistic overnight success advice — just genuine tips, lessons and strategies I’ve personally learnt while growing my business.
